Tax Exemptions and Pay
Our modern lives require a careful balance of work, socializing, and personal time. As time goes on, studies into health and well-being discover that average working hours detract from our ability to foster the meaningful parts of life like families and community. Providing small incentives for corporations to maintain revenue while reducing their maximum hours for employees without diminishing pay is an alternative solution that can take effect almost immediately.

For employees, this could lead to a better work-life balance, and more time to do what you love whether that’s pursuing a passion project or establishing your own start-up.
